What's all this about? 

Due to our continued extremely high level of patient demand (aren’t we so popular 😀) and our desire to serve you better, Fayette Veterinary Hospital is instituting the following procedural changes effective May 1, 2025.

 

We will be instituting a new system for same day walk in or acute patients. This change will ONLY affect same day patients (not appointments made in advance). 

 

Walk-in or acute patients who register online at fayettevet.com will book an estimated time of service (ETS). Patients with an ETS will be pre-registered and given priority access over those who come without an ETS (using our traditional walk in system).  

 

This process is fast and easy. Simply click the link at fayettevet.com. Making a reservation time for acute patients will reduce your wait time and get your pet the care they need faster and more efficiently. A brief tutorial on how to do this is posted at fayettevet.com. 

 

The ETS (estimated time of service) openings for the next day will become available at closing time. Arrival times can be reserved throughout the day. If no reservation times are available you can still be seen on an emergency basis (additional fees may apply), or simply by trying the process again the following day. 

 

You are always welcome to call the office to see if any cancellations have been made.  

 

Traditional non-same day appointments and surgical appointments can still be made by calling the office or going online at fayettevet.com. 

 

We understand this is a major change in our operations and we will strive to make the transition as seamless for everyone as possible.
